Our Curriculum Overview

AIS follows the syllabus of CBSE Delhi Board. English is the medium of instruction though Hindi, the national language has a vital role in the curriculum. We also teach all the subjects that are required by the CBSE board as well.
Here curriculum comprises of the statutory CBSE curriculum which includes class room subject study, art, craft, music, dance, drama, drawing, painting and excellent skills in English to develop in areas of speaking, writing and communicating.

Computer Science
Hands-on experience with the latest programming languages and technology. We have trained Computer Teachers who work closely with our students so they are prepared for the real world.

Arts & Crafts
Giving wings to the artists who’d like to take it up as a career or just a hobby. Our students are trained by professionals who help them develop, learn and polish their skills while at school.

Dance & Drama
CBSE curriculum which includes classroom subject study, art, craft, music, dance, drama, drawing, painting, and excellent skills that helps students in future career.

Science
The study encourages scientific reasoning, discoveries and inventions. Great teachers and well-equipped laboratories help students explore, discover and experiment new things under the best supervision.

Mathematics
Understanding the game of numbers and logic to solve real world problems. Learn mathematics from scholars and university toppers who not make it interesting, but also fun to learn.
Rules & Regulations
- For entry into school campus parents must show the authorization pass
- No pupil will be admitted to the school without an entrance test (Except Play & NC)
- To get a Transfer Certificate (T.C) payment of Rs 1000/- along with an application submitted 7 days in advance.
- The cost of any kind of damage done to the school property must be borne by the parents of the students responsible. All responsible care is taken of the property and possession of the pupils inside the campus.
- Parents are expected to co-operate in the work of the school, by enforcing regularity and discipline, by showing interest in their children’s progress and by extending the fullest encouragement to participation in Co-curricular activities.
- In all matters pertaining to the student & enquiries regarding the same the school shall only speak to the genuine parent whereas other relatives/friends do not reserve the right of information or an answer from us.
- The school does not hold itself responsible for the children once outside the school campus or 45 minutes after dismissal. Hence parents/ guardians should make it their duty to be present at the time of dismissal.
- All students are supposed to have at least 80% attendance during a scholastic year.
- Students who do not come with the following will not be allowed to attend their class.
- Short hair Cut
- Nails Cut
- Clean and proper school uniform with
- Book & Copies covered.
- Parents are expected to be present on the day distribution of the report cards as these will not be distributed after the due date or time.
- Students will not be allowed to carry any cash and articles like ornaments, fancy stationery etc. to the school. The school will not be held responsible for any loss of the above, if kept by a student in violation of this rule. Possession of mobile phone/ any electronic gadget is strictly prohibited within the school premises.
- Parents can meet the Principal on stipulated days after taking prior appointment.
- Parents can meet the Teachers on stipulated days after taking prior appointment.
- The parents are required to attend the P.T.A. on a regular basis and the Class Teacher should be informed about any absenteeism, prior to the meeting.
A respectable Code of Conduct should be maintained and punctuality observed at such meetings. - The school will not be held responsible for any lapses in the bus services. In case of any discrepancies, parents may meet the School Transport Authority.
- The students are required to seek written permission for leave prior to the commencement of the leave.
In case the leave is taken on medical grounds, an authentic medical certificate has to be produced. - Leave for half day is not allowed at all, for security reasons. In emergency however, written permission for leave must be taken from the Principal/Headmistress and the Class Teacher and the Bus In-charge should be informed, in case the student is availing the School transport facility.
